*推测ADAMTS13酶活性降低（定义为≤10%）风险的PLASMIC评分：血小板计数<30×109/L、溶血、无癌症病史、无移植史、MCV<90 fL、肌酐<177μmol/L、INR<1.5（上述每项计1分） 。根据得分推测风险：0-4分为低风险（4.3%）；5-6分为中风险（56.8%）；7分为高风险（96.2%） 。
