This was the first time that the domestic produced ECMO system was applied to help patient with cardiac function recovery. 养老服务时间银行6月启动

The Elderly Care Time Bank Scheme will be introduced in Beijing in June 2022. Residents above the age of 18 are encouraged to register as elderly care volunteers and save their service time in the Time Bank. They or their spouses will be able to exchange it for elderly care service at the age of 60. With 10,000 hours saved in the Time Bank, volunteers will be entitled to live in government funded nursing facilities. The Elderly Care Time Bank App will be launched soon to facilitate local residents’ participation.
《北京市养老服务时间银行实施方案（试行）》将于6月1日正式施行 。 年满18周岁、热心公益事业、身心健康的本市常住居民均可注册成为养老服务志愿者 ， 根据方案 ， 志愿者本人或其配偶达到60周岁 ， 且有养老服务需求时 ， 可凭借“时间币”兑换相同时长的服务 。 当志愿者养老志愿服务时长达1万小时 ， 积攒的“时间币”达1万个时 ， 可按照城乡特困人员待遇入住辖区内公办养老机构 。 为方便市民参与 ， “时间银行”信息管理平台微信小程序或APP将于近期上线 。

167 coffee shops opened in Chaoyang District and more than 50% of them are located in Beijing’s CBD in the past two years. Currently, 909 coffee shops are in service in Chaoyang District, accounting for 40% of the total in the capital. In average, there are 2.63 coffee shops per 10,000 people in the District, which is higher than the number in cities like New York and Tokyo.
