4、包粽子的步骤
1）Soak the bamboo leaves . 粽叶先浸水 。
2）Fill the boat-shaped leaves with a few tablespoons of the soaked sticky rice. Sprinkle the top with some red beans.
在船型粽叶中填入几勺浸湿的糯米，再加少许红豆 。
3）Add some marinated meat or salted egg yolk.
再加入腌制过的肉或者咸蛋黄 。
4）Wrap it with a string into your favourite shape, either into a triangular shape, rectangular or cone are all fine.
用线把粽子裹起来，做成你喜欢的形状，三角，四角五角都可以啦 。
5）Boil them, first over high heat, then lower the heat until some cracks are seen on the surface.
然后再进行蒸煮，先用大火，再转成小火直到粽子壳开裂 。
