ω- 3 脂肪酸很不稳定,当暴露于自然条件如光、热和氧气时容易分解 。那我们平时买的鱼油补充剂是否在保质期内就能保证没有被氧化掉呢?或者是不是买进口的就没有这些顾虑了?
2015年新西兰发表的鱼油产品研究[5]中,测试了36个品牌的鱼油补充胶囊 。其中大部分ω- 3 脂肪酸含量达不到标签所写的量,而且 83%氧化水平超出国际标准 。2017年另外一个研究也得出相类似的结论[6]
明明知道鱼油有很多好处,那么对孕妇、老人或营养不良的肿瘤患者,鱼油补充剂是该吃还是不吃?
小编只能说,既然很难保证购买的补充剂是否新鲜,如果你想要补充更多ω- 3 脂肪酸,吃富含鱼油的鱼摆摆是一个理智选择:不容易过量,鱼油新鲜不容易氧化,补充鱼油的同时补充丰富的蛋白质和维生素D 。
温馨小贴士:推荐需要补充ω- 3 脂肪酸的人群每周进食350的海产品 。例如每周吃2次175g的三文鱼,相当于每天大约摄入600毫克DHA/EPA 。除了三文鱼,还可以选择鳕鱼、沙丁鱼、金枪鱼和海虾等 。
