1． 写简历不必用完整的句子，可省掉主语、助词等 。
2．掌握简历中常出现的项目名称和常用的词和短语
①个人资料：name 姓名 date of birth 出生日期birth place 出生地点age 年龄nationality 民族，国籍sex 性别male 男female 女height 身高weight 体重marital status 婚姻状况family status 家庭状况married 已婚single/unmarried 未婚health 健康状况
②教育程度：education 学历educational background 教育程度educational history 学历curriculum 课程major 主修minor 副修educational highlights 课程重点部分curriculum included 课程包括specialized courses 专门课程 courses taken 所学课程 courses completed 所学课程rewards 奖励scholarship 奖学金degree 学位post doctorate 博士后doctor (Ph. D) 博士master 硕士bachelor 学士student 学生graduate student研究生abroad student 留学生returned student 回国留学生
③工作经历：accomplish 完成（任务等）achievements 工作成就，业绩adapted to 适应于adept in 善于administer 管理advanced worker 先进工作者analyze 分析appointed 被任命的assist 辅助authorized 委任的；核准的be promoted to 被提升为be proposed as 被提名为；被推荐为
七、说明书
近年来A级考试中所涉及的说明书大多都是要求写简单的药物说明书或产品使用说明书 。试题会给考生提供写作的内容，要求考生根据所给材料内容套写，或直接将所给中文翻译出来 。在此仅介绍药物说明书的写法 。
“药品说明书”的英文表达方式有Instructions，Directions，Description 现在多用Package Insert，或简称 Insert 。
◇写作要领
1.．大多数英文说明书都包括以下内容；①药品名称（Drug Names）②成分（Components）③疗效（Functions）④用法（Application or Administration）⑤注意事项）（Precautions）⑥有效期（Validity term）⑦贮存(Storage）⑧其它项目（Others）；
2．应熟悉英文药品说明书的结构及语言待点；
3．熟悉并牢记一些常用的的短语：
①tablet/ampoule /pill
②adult/smaal chidren/children of school age
③oral/ injection/external application
④twice or thrice (2~3times) daily
⑤For children the doses should be coreespondingly reduced
⑥…Should be taken during /before/after meals and swallowed whole with alittle fluid.
⑦be derived from 由……衍 consist of 由……组成 be obtained 制得contain 含有 be prepared from 由……制备have (possess) 有（具有） color 颜色 stable 稳定的 taste 味道 crystalline 结晶structure 结构solubility 溶解度injection 注射剂 。
八、书信
书信类作文考题是近年来A级考试中最常见的一种考题形式，通过对前几年的考题的统计，书信比重占了50%左右 。因此，考生要注意书信类应用文的写法 。
1.英语书信主要由以下几个部分组成：
1.Heading or letterhead（信头）
2.Date（发信日期）
3.Inside Name& Address
4.Salutation（称呼）
5.Body of the letter（正文）
6.Complimentary close（结束语）
7.Signature（签名）
2. 写英语书信应注意事项：
１．书信的具体写法格式，中文英文有很大差别 。考生应熟记英语书信格式，确保格式正确 。考试时考生习惯采用缩行式或齐头式的书信格式；
２．根据题目要求，如题目中没有给出收信人和写信人的地址和发信日期，信头和信内地址内容及日期部分省略；（A级考试中一般没有给出收信人和写信人的地址，但发信日期大多数情况下都会给出）
３．注意英语书信中日期的位置和写法：日期写在正文的右上角；
其写法有四种：
